BOOKING YOUR TREATMENT SESSION

BEFORE MAKING A BOOKING

You are welcome to schedule a free, no obligation, 15 minute consultation to answer any questions you may have about sound healing before booking a treatment session.

If any of the following apply to you, please contact me before booking, or schedule a free 15 minute consultation:

Ménière’s disease, tinnitus, hyperacusis, epilepsy, psychosis, osteoporosis, stroke, thrombosis, asthma, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, fitted with pacemaker, metal implants, pins or bindings, taking warfarin, pregnancy or surgery within the previous three months.

It does not necessarily mean that we cannot go ahead with a session, but a discussion of your unique situation will help determine whether sound healing would be appropriate for you at this time and whether there are any modifications we could make to your treatment to ensure that it is most beneficial for you.

MAKING YOUR BOOKING

  1. Choose the type of session you would like: in person at my High Wycombe studio, online via Zoom, distance healing, or a free 15 minute pre-treatment consultation via Zoom.
  2. Choose your preferred date and time. If there are no suitable time slots available for you, please contact me with some options.
  3. Enter your contact details and confirm the booking request.

If you prefer to book your treatment via email or telephone, or if you have any questions or requests that you would like to discuss first, please feel free to contact me.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING

NEW CLIENTS

Once I have received your booking request, I will email you a client information and a data protection form, along with details on how to pay for your session. When I have received the completed forms and payment, I will confirm the booking via email and send any necessary information, including my studio location or Zoom link.

EXISTING CLIENTS

It is only necessary to complete the client information and data protection forms once, so I will confirm the booking once payment has been received and, if applicable, send you a Zoom link.

N.B. I do my best to keep my availability up to date, but occasionally it is possible that a listed appointment may be unavailable. In which case, I will invite you to book an alternative time.

MANAGING YOUR BOOKING

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Bookings may be reschedule twice up to 24 hours in advance.
